 In the life and journey of a leader and organization, you will find yourself in front of the Terror Barrier many times. We have to remember when we arrive there, it will take some courage on our part to get through to the other side. The other side is the destination that we are working and faithing towards, believing that it is the next chapter or phase in the journey of our personal leadership and organizational goals. There are three layers within the Terror Barrier that we must conquer in order to see the fulfillment of our vision. Let’s take a look at one of these three a little closer and understand how it operates, and what we must do in order to pass through it.
